Working Together
Referrals, Consultation and Placements at Gemstone Children Services Ltd
Working with us couldn't be easier. We have a simple 3-step process to ensure we offer the perfect care package to meet all needs. Once initial contact is made, we conduct an in-depth consultation with the relevant external professionals involved. The placement has to be right for the home, but more importantly, for the child themselves.
This is the very first step: a simple introduction via phone call or email, we can take the relevant details required to arrange step two.
Step 1 "Referral"
Once we have a profile, we can start our internal assessment before arranging a consultation. This can be conducted on-site, via phone, or through a video call.
Step 2 "Consultation"
Once we have agreed on the initial care plan and the placement confirmed, we can agree on a date to a smooth transition.
